On August 19, 2025, Al Mizan Trust organized a landmark Free Medical Camp and Blood Donation Drive in Saluka village. Hundreds of underprivileged community members received free health checkups, medicines, and essential healthcare services. Qualified doctors and medical staff volunteered their time to serve the community. The event also featured a blood donation drive that collected vital units of blood for local hospitals.
